What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in sales and business development
  • Proven track record in driving sales processes from lead generation to close
  • Expertise in building client relationships and developing winning sales strategies
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel across the U.S. for client meetings
  • Strong multitasking and deadline-management skills
  • Creative problem solver with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients using a variety of outreach methods
  • Customer Engagement: Nurture prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and product demos
  • Sales Demos: Conduct live demos to showcase the value of our design services
  • Proposal Creation: Develop, negotiate, and finalize business proposals tailored to clients’ needs
  • Sales Targets: Consistently hit sales goals and contribute to our growth strategy
  • Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with key brands and influencers
  • Sales Strategy: Test and implement new sales approaches to expand our client base
  • Data & Reporting: Track performance metrics and report on sales activities
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and development teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives
