Watch The 2-Min Video Tutorial On How To Use The Point-And Click Revision System

This 2-minute and 45-second video covers what you need to know on how to leverage Graphically’s point-and-click revision system. In this way, it would be easier for you to communicate your comments for revision without risking any miscommunications. Let’s get started!

Once Your Design Is Up For Client Approval You Will Receive A LINK

1. As soon as your creative project is done, check your dashboard and see the order with the “Waiting For Client Approval” status.

2. Click your order ID and see your project manager’s message.

3. Click the markup link under the “Point and Click Revisions” bullet. You will be redirected to your design project.

4. Click on any part of the design project that you wanted the changes to happen and post your comments.

5.  After posting all the comments and concerns you have regarding the design, go back to the communication channel and let the Graphically Team know that you have made comments for revisions.

Once the Graphically team is done with your design project, we will leverage the same markup link to upload the revised version of the project, replacing the old one.

And you’re done! It is as easy as one-two-three.

The point of this system is to let you have the freedom to accurately place comments on the parts of the design that you want changes, eliminating the risk of miscommunication with the designers and saving time.

No logins and signups are required, just click the link that would be provided to you, and then you’re free to make your comments for revisions. Just also make sure that your instructions are clear.

Once your design project is done, as we have mentioned, you will receive the same link from the Graphically Team and it’s now up to you to decide if it’s approved or you still want changes to be made.

Lastly, if you have requested multiple design projects of the same concept, you don’t need to worry about dealing with multiple markup links, because one link can handle multiple designs–streamlining your requested creatives in one space. For example, you requested 3 logo variants, what would happen is all 3 design concepts would be on the same link, for your convenience.
