Our team operates Monday through Friday. Most design requests submitted during these working days have a typical turnaround time of 24–36 hours.

The number of designs we can complete for you really depends on the project’s complexity and your responsiveness to questions and feedback.

We’ve made submitting design requests as simple and streamlined as possible.

Just log into your dashboard and choose from a variety of pre-built request templates, perfect for common design needs like logos, banners, social media graphics, and more.

Here’s how it works:

1. Submit Your Request - Use a template or write your own brief. Your task goes straight to your request queue.
2. We Get to Work - A designer is assigned, and your task status updates to “Working.”
3. Track Progress - Depending on your subscription, one or more tasks will be worked on at a time.
4. Review and Approve - Once the design is ready, the status changes to “Waiting for Client Approval.”
5. Request for Revision - If the design did not meet your expectations, you can just click on the “point-and-click” revision link that your project manager provided and place all your comments directly on the design. After that, your task status changes to “Revision Requested”.
6. Done and Delivered - After receiving another “Waiting for client approval” status after your revision, you can now approve the design, and it moves to “Complete.”

No worries, if the design isn’t quite right, you can easily request changes using our “point-and-click” revision tool. Your project manager will provide access to this tool along with your design drafts.

No. We offer a monthly subscription so that if you wish to cancel, you can do it stress-free.

Once your quarterly or yearly plan starts, it runs for the full term. This means that you cannot cancel your subscription and receive a refund halfway through the term.
