*Our designers can usually create all kinds of designs for you, but they aren’t mind readers. In order to make sure that they are able to create exactly what you’re imagining, please make sure you’re explicitly clear in your design requests.
While requesting any service from Graphically, make sure you mention your requirements cut down to the bone in the project thread. For instance, if it is a banner that you are seeking, send over some colour schemes or samples you like. If you are requesting videos, make sure you have a script to go along with it.
At Graphically, we aim to please! But we require your cooperation to deliver the best.
If you have something brief or want us to experiment with designs and concepts, we are fine with it too. But it will take a while for our Graphically designers to understand your desired design.
